Today is November 5th.
That means I'm 5 days into my diet. Here's a brief recap
Day 1: omfg I want some bread
Day 2: Meh, I don't want the croissant. Whatever. WILLPOWER YO, WILLPOWER
Day 3: oooh, I hate grocery shopping. WTF can I buy? oh right, raw veggies and meat. awesome.
day 4: Soup is delicious. Damn it I miss bread...oh man that lady is having a cupcake...
Today, I'm doing ok. I don't really miss dairy yet. And have been living off of fresh squeezed juice or tea for my morning beverage.
Turns out, a freshly made frozen fruit smoothie will conquer the dessert craving. Downside, it takes at least 10-15 minutes to make. BUT WHATEVER, it tastes delicious.
So...this is going well. I wish it wasn't so inconvenient to make food, eating out has been interseting and i feel bad when going to friends houses.
In fact, I took soup to my friends yesterday so she didn't have to deal with my diet. So that was good.
